140 TSC 28天批准，485排期还未到，真怕被LAYOFF

140 TSC receiving date: NOV02, notice date (sent receipt to me) NOV7, approval date NOV30

接下来的事真让我挠头：我公司情况不太妙，我EB2的PD是AUG2005,不知何时排到。如果在FILE 485前被LAYOFF（另一说为FILE 485后180天内），以前的一切就都打水漂了！有什么办法能被LAYOFF后保住140和LC的PD吗（485还没FILE或FILE后180天之内）？我找份新的类似工作倒不难。
