My lawyer sent a request about my case status two months ago. In the USCIS's reply, they only mentioned that me and my wife's case were under name-checking process. They didn't say anything about my daughter's case, and only me and my wife's caes status got updated then. This time (Oct., 28), also only me and my wife's case status got updated. I thought this might have something to do with the NC.
