排期新解

几个观点，欢迎讨论。
１。 PERM EB3 在至少2-3年内不必多想。
２。 PERM EB2 (2005/04 - 2005/12) 要看这半年内排期走势。如果没戏，到明年也不必多想了。形势会越来越差。估计 long_time_eb2 说的不是没有道理。２００５／１０月以后的，准备长期坐牢至少２年以上。
３。 BEC 对PERM EB2 也有很大的影响力。２０％ － ３５％的冲击力。
