485 LUD at VSC with NOT current PD

My wife's 485 got an update today but not mine (I am the primary applicant). The message still says that they got our RFE for 485(Medical exam for my wife, medical exam and employment letter for me) on 06/26/2006. Blah, blah, blah...

Anybody had similar experience and what could it be?

We are NIW with 09/2005 PD and I-140 approved (By the way, I have the 140 approve notice while the online status still says that VSC received my RFE for 140 and blah..., should I take the approve notice and ignor the online information?)
