If you look closely at the data, a pattern emerges: the retrogression needs to move up to the month of September of the immediate past year before it becomes current. Remember: September is the month when the new year quota become available.

This seems to suggest that there is a high possibility for EB2 to become current in the September bulletin. As for this month, it's anybody's guess.
