Yes, You can keep your PD as long as your EB2 is for another position. You have to get your I-140/EB-3 approved before you can carry over your EB3 PD. And You had better wait for your EB3 I-140 approved then file EB2 Perm, otherwise they might deny your EB3 I-140 because obveriously you got another offer with higher pay (EB2)

Your EB3 RIR is in which center? Dallas or Philidelphia?
