Thanks so much for your quick response. My EB3 RIR was approved recently, PD 7/2004; I wanted to file a EB2 PERM with the same employer, as the position I have now will require at least a master. Can I keep the EB3 PD when I file the 140/485 under EB2? To do so, I guess I need to get the 140 approved for the EB3 RIR? The lawyer the company hired said I couldn't keep the original PD, your thoughts?
