I seriously doubt there are many China EB2 cases in the BECs. One way or another, people have already got out the mud pond whenever they can.

Plus they just finished sending the 45DL at the end of June (it took them one year and three months for this). Who would think they will finish all the cases by 9/30/2007? They had the opportunities to finish them all the year before yesteryear!!!
