求助各位朋友,被这该死的排期逼疯了

我真是被这该死的排期逼疯了。我的６年 H-1B明年五月到期。我现递了I-１４０(May 1, 2006,pending, EB2, PERM)，LC PD is ０５年１１月。两个月前老板降了我薪水，很残忍的那种。我现在不知道这对申请影响多大。我一天也不想呆下去，并且有了新的Offer。我的问题是：如果我现在走，能否延H-1B？
