Thank you very much Xiaobaitu! Do you remember that I asked you a dumb question about EB1 I-485 issue last night? Thanks for your help and instruction. I checked the www.State.gov website today. The VISA BULLETING FOR JULY 2006 shows that the Employment-Based 1st, CHINA-mainland born, with information on cut-off dates has been updated to CURRENT. I was wondering if I could submit my EB1 I-485 application from now on? Please give me a clue. I appreciate your time and help! Mike.
