NIW CSC to TSC update today how long do I need to wait

I filed my NIW I-140 and I-485 the end of last sep. They were transferred to Texas at the end of March. I just got the following update today. Ususally how long does it take them to process the case after they update it like this. Anyone got the NIW updated like me? Many thanks.

On March 29, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
