Hi, radiology,

Could you please answer my question? Here is my situation: My LC(RIR, EB2) PD: sep.2003. Approved: Nov. 2005. My Niw PD: June.2005, AD: July.2005. I-485 pending based on NIW in july.2005.My hu*****and is using EAD based on I-485 pending. I have not file I-140 Based on My LC.(I got the promotion in 2006, even though I still work in the same filed as LC Ad described). so, my question is: 1) May I file I-140 based on LC and then switch I-485 to LC based I-140? 2) Is there any risk for me to do that? because my title has been changed. meanwhile, my hu*****and is using EAD.3)or I just wait I-485 approve based on NIW?
