排期 comes to hard time for Chinese

After happiness, we have to face a hard time in cut off date.

After Oct 2005, thousands of Chinese people sent I-485; PERM also happened in April 2005. Do not expect that the cut off date will be quicker like this month. EB2 has a small space. EB1 might go at a snail's pace.
