印度和中国有别：印度EB2占全部EB2的50% （留学生加上直接工作的）,推理：China EB2占全部EB2的２５% （印度留学生数=中国留学生数，中国没有直接工作的）， in 2004, there are 50K 485 for India, then we can assume less than 25K for china since it is harder for chinese students to find jobs.
