485 PD question?

Hi, I filed my 140 and 485 at 09/29/05. NSC received them 09/30/05 and notice date is 10/17/05. I donot which date is my 485 PD, 09/30/05 or 10/17/05. In fact, i found PD blank is empty in my 485 notice....qiuck strange...Thanks
