小女子有个弱弱的问题关于排期，大家不要笑话我，不然...哼

如果下个月5月份公布新的排期，应该指的是6月份的，对吧？比如说NIW EB2到了2004年8月（因为本小姐的PD就是8月），那么是不是说6月份才开始处理2004年8月份的case？是处理8月31日以前的case吗？还是说处理8月1号以前的case？
