老公的140已过，但EB3的485排期尚远。而我的H-1B

2008年要到期(H 的6年将全部用完)。
1) 我是不是一定要转成F-1保留住身份才能在485曙光来临时被加入？
2) 能2008年到期后去加拿大等吗(最近要登陆)？
3) 要是非转F-1，会不会因为老公已过140而被拒？
