please help explain the on-line status update

I just got updated info. from my on-line status about I-485. what does this mean "we
mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case.
The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. "
I am pretty sure I filed all the documents they need. Does this mean it is a FP notice? What does the FP notice usually say on-line?
