PD: priority date, the date you file LC or 140
RD: the date when SC receives your filing
ND: the date when SC issues you receipt about receiving your filing.
The difference between ND and RD is usually, a couple of days in some case a month, not significant. However RD could become very important when there is a deadline needing to beat for certain qualification such as 10/1 deadline last year.
