VSC updated and please help!

Both my hudband and mine I140/485 submitted 9/23/05

Mine: Fingerprint 10/13/05, no update for I-140, 10/31/05 updated I-485 about receiving the results of fingerprint.

My hu*****and's I485 package was returned to my lawyer yesterday just because my lawyer did not sign on the check. Feeling so bad..... Anything we can do? he even can't get EAD during the next few years.....

Please suggest how should we do? My hu*****and is H4. Thanks!
