I-485 update

I-485 SEP 26寄到，今天收到如下信息。

"On October 20, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

这是不是说移民局仍在处理I-485? 当时为了赶时间，体检报告没有寄。有人知道I-485一般还需要补哪些材料吗?
