in Congress right now. MK bill already lost steam there. Bush administartion does not like it either. The bill may cause even big backlog in the future because the amnesty provision. There is another bill looks pretty good to employment-based immigration. However, chance is slim for either of them. Visit www.immigration-law.com (breaking news) to see the current status of both bills. Probably some pro-immigration atmosphere may be established next year or the year after. However, act now will make a difference
