As some people analyzed, if your case is already on the Immigration Officer's table, likely it may get approved soon. Otherwise it will definetely be affected by the 大排期, which means you need to wait a long time for your turn to practically obtain your GC.

The good thing is you can feel free to apply for EAD and AP when waiting for the approval of your 485.
