I agree with you. But only after your I-140 approved then 第二步从美国务院获得移民号码, you are OK and may get GC in next 1-3 mouth. If your I-485 pending and I-140 not approved, you will not get Immigrant Visa number from National Visa Center and your I-485 will pending waiting for
visa number. But you can get EAD and AP.
