On your I-140 approval notice, there is entry named as Priority Date, if EB2 starts having 排期, (visa bulletin shows either 'U'-visa unavaliable or having a cut-off date), your I-485 will NOT be touched untill your priority date becomes earlier than cut-off date, it doesn't matter even if you filed I-485 and have A#.
