Restaurant Epicure-巴黎的米其林三星

巴黎的Restaurant Epicure是米其林三星的餐馆，提早近两个月前预约，还是在waiting list. 这是餐馆的回信：

Dear XXX，

First and foremost, allow us to thank you for the interest you show in our gastronomical restaurant, Epicure.

 We are sorry to inform you our restaurant is already fully committed for lunch on Thursday, May 26^th 2016.

 However, we would be happy to add your request on our waiting list may you provide us with a cell phone number reachable while you stay in Paris, as well as the name of the hotel you will be staying in Paris. We would keep you informed in any case of cancellation.

 As an alternative, we would be happy to assist you in booking a table in our luxury brasserie the “114 Faubourg”, one Michelin star, or to consider any another date that would be suitable for you.

 Do not hesitate to contact us if this option could be of any interest. We would be delighted to be welcoming you in any of our venues.

 We thank you for understanding and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you very soon.

Restaurant Epicure Frédéric Kaiser Directeur Le Bristol Paris

我选了推迟一天，结果回复说有位置。

提前两天到巴黎，刚走出机场就收到餐馆确认的电话。

Restaurant Epicure 在1924年就开张的五星级酒店Leaders Bristol 。这是家宫殿式酒店，里面的艺术品都是原件，也是欧洲唯一 一家同时有米其林三星和一星餐厅的酒店。不同于其他古色古香奢华的餐厅，优雅明亮是Epicure 给人的感觉。

桌上的骨质餐具和水晶杯都是定制的，坐在里面同时还可以欣赏到花园的漂亮景致。

一般来说，高级的餐馆对着装都有要求。 我看见有人穿上酒店提供的西装并把双肩包留在外面。

先送了三道开胃菜，服务生在一旁详细介绍食材和酱汁。然后就是各式各样的面包，他示意我各种都拿点，考虑到有限的胃口，只拿了带芝麻的。

正餐我点的是鱼。忘了拍side dish.

上甜点之前，餐厅还很贴心地送一道爽口的柠檬沙冰。

咖啡和甜点，上面有小小的金箔。

请上咖啡的服务生给我拍个照，结果来了三个，他们幽默地先自拍了一张，说给我留作纪念。

最后推上来一个像放首饰的大柜子， 服务生打开一个个抽屉，里面是各种各样的甜食：巧克力，花生糖和马卡龙......只要吃得下，随便拿。尽管已经撑得不行了，还是拿了两块马卡龙和一块花生糖。

走出餐厅，随便逛逛，酒店附近就是总统府，周围名店林立，每个橱窗都赏心悦目极了......
