800 for child support is far less than needed.

Piano lesson took about $300 and plus one more sport easily allocates $600, leave only $200 for daycare or school,  transportation, one art class, food, clothing, and birthday party etc is far less than a child need.    I live a frugil life and my children barely goes to summer camp, they stay at home alone in the summer while I work.  minimium vocation, we still have zero saving, giving we both work, plus one rental income with no mortgage.  my salary is slightly more than your ex-wife got, but when I think of divorce, I knew I barely support myself and not even plus one child.  And I live a minimium life, never do cloth shopping, myself always wear old cloth, and my children do 2nd hand cloth. it is not affordable for divorce.  your ex-wife has a lot of weakness as I have too.  But she did not deserve this.   Child life is expensive.
