One may have every right to not like Deng in anyway you choose, still her personal life is non of our business.

There are facts, no matter for what motives from her, some of her work has in fact helped, in a scale none of us here can reach, indirectly or directly, those poor, less fortunate women who do not have the right, who do not have the privilege, who do not have the voices and the resources that we take it for grunted. If this kind of work can release other women's pain in this imperfect world, and did not negatively impact you personal life, did not violate any law, then, as woman ( someone's daughter), man( someone's son), mother or father, we should not be so harsh on her, specially when we don't truly know her personally but have been led or even manipulated by rumours. No matter how imperfect she is. But who is perfect in history, in this world?

孙中山可以不顾宋父母娶年幼的宋,知道how tragic 宋's personal life after Sun died, she cannot even marry the one she truly love and care simply because she was once for a short while 孙中山's wife? 　杨开惠正身怀五甲,　毛可以别人乱搞, Clinton?? How did we judge these and many other powerful, hero -like famous men?

Honestly, are we consciously or unconsciously adopting double standards?
