It is doable with a SUV (weather permitting), not sure about car

From Fairbanks to Arctic Circle, there are ~60 miles dirt road, it is the worst part of the Dalton Highway with the least amount of scenery (still pretty, don't get me wrong), so I personally think it is not worth it. Even though we did it (drove all the way to Deadhorse), I wouldn't recommend anyone doing it. It was a HUGE risk we took.
