早餐是每天上班上课前的活力来源,但「吃什么」相当重要,许多人为了方便会选择面包再配上咖啡提神,实际上不仅无法补充体力,恐怕还会坏了肠胃。
日媒Cookpad报导,现代人经常出现吃不下、不容易饿或胃胀等症状,或是吃了也没精神、没吃东西却变胖,其实是因为肠胃不好,但许多人却以为只是体质问题或年纪到了,因此轻忽或不处理,其实却大错特错,因为大多数肠胃问题都是生活和饮食习惯造成,只要用心都可改善。
要消除肠胃不适,早餐是最重要的关键。因肠胃不适前往针灸诊所就医的患者中,许多人的早餐都是面包配咖啡,但面包和咖啡对于补充上午的体力、唤醒大脑和身体来说没有帮助,对肠胃也没有益处,因此肠胃不好的人上午总是很痛苦。
面包虽能带来饱足感,实际上营养却很少,几乎全是油脂和砂糖,面包上涂的也都是奶油和果酱,不论是甜是咸,都会对肠胃造成负担。且咖啡因虽可提振精神,咖啡却会破坏胃黏膜,完全没有营养。
因此如果早餐只吃面包和咖啡,上午容易一直恍神,且肠胃没有时间恢复。从中医角度看来,特定的脏器修复和恢复活力的时段是固定的,而早上7点到9点是吃早餐的最佳时段,这时若吃点养胃的食物,效果也会加倍。
报导建议用冲绳的传统料理鲣鱼味噌汤来代替咖啡,因为味噌对肠胃有益,鲣鱼也可作为体力来源,还可加入芝麻、昆布或海带芽等自己喜欢的食材,逐渐调整肠胃。
