My solution is very similar.
1. go north 11.54 units.
2. turn southwest (120 degree) on the tangent line for 5.77 units.
3. follow the circumference for 210 degree (36.63 units)
4. follow the tangent line at the point to northeast for 10 units.
Total: 11.54 + 5.77 + 36.63 + 10 = 63.94
