Can it be extended from current size 7 triangle/28 cells?

Thank you and your answer apparently is correct. Could you share more about your solution/thinking process, beyond trial and error? Just wonder if it can be extended from current size 7 triangle/28 cells, to, say, 9/45, 11/66 etc. Thanks again.
