i'm not convinced by this solution.
change the problem to, have a 100% probability of seeing a shooting star in that hour. then...
X=1, for any time interval, 1min, 0.0001sec...
which means, infinite stars will appear? but the initial condition only guarantees a shooting star (or more), which is very possible, but the conclusion that this logic created is not.
i think 0.15 is more acceptable
