You are told that on January 25, 2011 from 10:00 – 11:00 in your town you have a 0.90 (90% chance) probability of seeing a shooting star in the night sky in that hour.  Given that the probability of seeing a shooting star is constant throughout the hour, what is the probability of seeing a shooting star in the first 10 minutes?
