your Q ,|Y^2-83|=2, y=9 is solution.So,you got it.P=61,89,97 Q no whole number solution.

P=79,|Y^2-79|=2,y=9,x=80 is solution...

If P=9m^2+2 or P=9m^2-2 is prime number,The Q has whole number solution,(9m^2+1,3m) or (9m^2-1,3m).Other cases, no solutions.
