I did not mean this is a bad answer. this is what i got at the first place (i guess i am not alone) - then I soon notice it is not correct.

Then can you figure out why?

A 分成三堆，让另二人挑两堆，A得剩下一堆。
然后 B C 二人把金沙合起来，重新让其中一人（B)分成两堆,由第三人(C)先挑。
