平面上有一个１x１ 的草坪；
你要在草坪里修栅栏,使得 平面上任一直线都不会穿过草坪而不碰栅栏。
如何使 栅栏最短。
ie： length （０,０－０,１－１,１－１,０－０,０） ＝ ４ is a solution, but not the best solution
