The first is loser.It is easy from binary number.We call the set "even",If you keep the even set you will win.2= 10
4= 100
6= 110
every sum of all rows are even,called "even set".the second can't keep the even ,and you always can change not even set to even set.This method can use for much more piles.The only thing is trasfer number to bebary and back.
