1) first 4s weights 2nd 4s;
a)if =; the odd is in the rest 4; divide rest 4 to 2 2s; weight first 2s; weight one from first 2s and 1 from second 2s.

b) if !=; 3rd 4's are all normals; keep track which side of the weight is higher!
1) weight 1st 4s with 3rd 4s.
if =; divide 2nd 4's to 2 2's;
c) weight them; remove one ball from each side; use the last status (balanced/not balanced)of the weight as the final clue to figure out which is the odd ball.
