An old interview question: (不知道以前贴过没有?)

If you are a healthy interviewer who has a pair of disposable gloves (the same kind used in medical labs) and interviews three people, each of whom has a different infectious disease which could be transmitted even with a simple handshake, what is the best way of shaking hands with all three interviewees one by one without any risks of cross infection among the four?
