老板问，
if a mutation is present at a frequency of 0.001 (1 in 1000) in a population, and I draw 1000 subjects at random from that population, what is the probability that I will see the mutation (in any subject) in the selected 1000 subjects?

what if I pick 2000 subjects at random?
