By US law, pregnent woman can't be denied medical care

based on their inability to pay, even if they are illegal immigrants. This scenario will continue unless the law got changed. The health care reform will actually give less free stuff away, espeically to illegal immigrants.

To stop massive number of illegal immigrants from abusing 14th Amendament, we need to do something that British and Australians had done, which is not to give automatic citizenship to babies born to illegal immigrants. This calls for immigration reform.

The loop hole you described has nothing to do with current health care reform. In fact, we need more reforms including immigration reform, not less !
