该怎么办？

本人国内来做postdr的，跟中国老板，2年，终于写成一片文章，其实早写好，他不看不表态。现在老板以我的英语不行为由，要他来写，他做第一作者。那我不是什么结果也没有，现在知道做他的postdr，没有一个人有journal的文章，都是他的，再加上他项目里的合作人，postdr向后排。
