请问：在北美被中国超市里的邮局工作人员谩骂

“”，他又口头威胁要走出来打我。还说，拒绝给我服务，从今以后，这里不给我service.

我气愤得手直抖，但不会骂人，所以没有回骂他。由于从来没有被人如此骂过，感到特别的受侮辱。

有没有人知道：这个可以不可以告他，或者告他所在的店？我希望他得到应有的惩罚。
