the thumb of rule is to use base ISO (100 in your case) as much as possible. Base ISO will give you the best image quality (largest dynamic range + lowest chromatic and luminous noise + largest tone range). I know a top professional photographer uses only base ISO on his Nikon D3X. That is a little hardcore.
