i do not have realtor, so i hired the sell's agent and he told me about 7 days between bank approval and final closing. it does not sounds right for me, just come here if anyone knows about it. i do not want to put cost to do the loan application, home inspection, lawyer review beofore i know bank's approval because i know there is high chance that bank will not approve the offer
