SHARK STEAM MOP ,非常倒霉的经历!


提起这件事就窝火,事情是这样的:

本人于12/19/2007在电视上看到广告,因本人家有大面积的地板和磁砖,看了广告非常喜欢,所以就买了3个及3年的WARRANTY还有另外3个MICROFIBER PADS,总共花了$431.45,其中两个送给朋友了作为新年礼物,我自己只留了一个。

5个月后,也就是2008年5月,就坏了,没有蒸气出来,连批示灯也不亮了,估计是发热管坏了。SHARK公司在送货的箱子里放了一张纸,说是return之前必须拿到return authorization #,否则不接受return。于是我就打电话给SHARK,也拿到了return authorization #,就又花了$10.42寄回坏的MOP,于6/6/08 寄到发货单上的地址:

CHINO,CA 91708

结果就没有音讯了。无耐本人在7月18号再次致电SHARK公司的客服电话(800)798-7398,结果被告知打另一个电话查询此事(866)694-6401,没办法只好打了,接电话的人问了我USPS的包裹号码,我报了后,他就查到这个邮件于6月24号被转寄到North Carolina州的货仓,寄回新的要2-4星期,我说我是6月6号寄的,他说要从寄到北卡州的时间算,我说那就还要一星期了,那人回答YES。

之后就一直等待,到了10月还没消息,再打(866)694-6401就再也打不通了,我就在SHARK的网站:www.sharkstemmop.com上的SUPPORT填写了这件事,信箱马上收到自动回执,说是在24-48小时回复,结果一直没有回复。

无耐,本人就向Better Business Bureau(BBB)投诉,后来接到回复说,SHARK不是BBB的成员,跟SHARK联系了2次,SHARK拒绝处理,BBB的回复电邮如下:

We have received your recent correspondence in regards to your complaint. We have contacted the company twice with your complaint and they have failed to respond on both occasions. Unfortunately, we are unable to pursue your complaint any further, as it appears the company is just not willing to work with us. Because they are not members of the Better Business Bureau, they are not obligated to respond. Your next step would be to take legal action against the company. You may also wish to contact your State's Attorney General's Office and/or the Federal Trade Commission at: (877) 382-4357 for further assistance. Please keep in mind that your complaint will stay on the company's record and be reported for the next 3 years. Thank you.

事到如此,本想就算了,自认倒霉。最近,我家的cleaning lady 总是跟我说她很喜欢SHARK的那个 Microfiber Pads,我当时买了3个,MOP本身还带了2个,总共有5个,自从寄回坏的MOP给SHARK,这些PAD就放在那没用了。我跟cleaning lady说,我再也不会买SHARK 的任何产品了,没想到 cleaning lady 从她自己家找了个MOP,但大小不合适,她又花工夫把多余的地方割掉,还是想试图用那些microfiber pads,但割的地方有sharp edge,我怕把地板刮坏了。后来,突然灵机一动,又给SHARK公司网站的SUPPORT发EMAIL,请SHARK公司如果不想给我一个新的,就把原来坏的寄回给我,因为那是我的property。

结果可想而知,还是象以前一样,马上收到自动回复的EMAIL,说是24-48小时处理,但还是永远没有回复!

大家说说看,我买了3个MOP及3年的WARRANTY,花了$431.45,后又花寄费$10.42,只退回一个,就遭到这样的待遇,我该怎么办才能不窝火?
