of Canada, you do not feel discrimination. Some Chinese have made up pretty high in the federal government. I know one Chinese guy has already made to the ADM level. ADM is associate deputy minister, pretty high in the government.

But Canada is a bilingual country --- if you can not speak French bascially your promotion in the federal government is locked!
