500美元真的能买一台很不错的笔记本电脑么？

看了坛子里的朋友给我提的建议，把我想换电脑的心思勾了起来。我这台电脑自从被宝宝从桌子上扯下来摔了一下，除了把外壳摔坏了，其中一个u*****接口不好了，两个键盘按钮不太灵活了，十天半个月的死一次机以外，还真没有啥太大的毛病了。不过看到大家说买电脑还真的可以很便宜，真是让我心动啊。

大家帮我看看，500美元，真的可以买到我要求的电脑么？
我的要求不高的。电脑不要太大，12寸或13寸的显示屏，内存最好大一些，速度快一些。我需要在电脑里安装的软件主要有一个GIS软件，adobe photoshop,还有一个统计软件spss，这些可能会需要大些的内存。这就是最主要的，然后外观好看些就好了。
