布什在7月签署法令，将国债上限定为106150亿美元。国会参议院在通过7000亿美元“劫贫济富”法案后，又将上限增加到 113150亿美元。 距本人刚察看，目前国债是$9,692,447,153,866美元 （96900＋亿美元）， 现在是 $9,692,449,497,251 现在是 $9,692,449,878,980 you get the idea.
